7 Days Yoga, Art & Nature Retreat in Portugal
Immerse yourself in a week full of deceleration and creativity, in an incomparable location, in the the mountains of Portugal! 🌿 Look forward to a unique retreat with daily yoga, meditation and jewelry workshops ✨ You connect with your creativity and create jewelry with different materials such as gemstones, brass pendants and wire and learn different techniques like macrame and wire wrapping. You'll have plenty of free time to enjoy the natural infinity pool, hot tub, sauna, our private beach on the river, and SUP boards that you can grab at any time. With a group of around 12-15 people we will create a family space in which you will find relaxation, new inspiration and impulses for your everyday life.Looking forward to meeting you soon

🌿 Cara Creek is located in a beautiful valley where two rivers meet. There are stunning hiking trails/forests and an endless number of ways to enjoy the surrounding nature.
☀️ The weather in the mountains of Portugal during this time is a perfect mix of warm days and cool nights.
🎨 All pieces of jewelry that you will design can be made individually according to your wishes.
🧘🏽♀️ If you need a break or more time for yourself, you can always take it. A little insider tip are the hammocks by the river, or even better, grab a SUP and unwind on the river.
🌊 We expect a group of 12 - 15 people including us - just the right size for a private group :)

Helen Blum - Yogateacher & Jewelry Designer
My name is Helen and I am a passionate yoga teacher & jewelry designer from Reutlingen, Germany. When I'm not practicing or teaching yoga, you can most likely find me in my studio or in nature designing and creating jewelry. In our fast-paced world, yoga and making jewelry helps me to go through life mindfully and deal better with stress. Thanks to yoga, I have managed to overcome chronic back and knee pain and go through life with more self-confidence, self-love and acceptance. Designing and creating jewelry is like meditation for me. I get completely in the moment and forget everything around me. I am infinitely grateful that I have turned my two passions into a career and that I can share them with the world!
